Problems not being solved for months: - Online orders not printing automatically - the scale is not syncing - customers can’t complete the online order and place multiple orders - pay in store not working Called and emailed numerous times over th 2-3 months Talked to supervisor Shelby numerous times and was promised issues will be solved and nothing

We cannot issue refund with online orders when we are busy toward the end of a shift. Talech keep saying they don’t see the issue even as we screen shot the different error messages. This has been dragging on for months. We are looking for another vendor.

I have had constant issues. The current issue going on now for 6 or 7 weeks in syncing. I cannot sync through talech.com so I then have to log into each back office of 12 stores on the iPad and do the entering there. It is very time consuming. For this issue for over half of the phone calls I've not even gotten an e mail with the ticket number. When I am working in talech.com the system will automatically time out. I can be working on something hit save and it will not save. I have to log out and log in and redo all the work I just did as the system timed out. I've called numerous times and had the associate tell me what I was trying to do wasn't possible. I've had to train them on how to do something to which they then had to go to the next level to see if it can be fixed. I give up. I am moving to a new system.

Issue was never resolved, our telech isn’t working along side our payment processing machine.

Once they were bought out the support went to hell and no one knows what the system can or can’t do. Promised apps would be created to do more for our specific needs for three or four years. Never happened. Constant problems with the system now to the point we spend more time fixing issues than helping customers. Don’t try this out for your business unless you like chasing issues.

Talech is absolutely terrible. Customer service is probably the worst customer service I've experienced. More than one support agent hung up on me while they "put me on hold for 1-2 minutes". Kai did this, Reda was patient, but still not helpful. Many flaws and glitches with the actual system itself. Very annoying to use. Some of the add ons and even taxes will require you to add it on individually and manually on every single item. Please if you are a business, do not ever use talech. Even if it is cheaper, it is worth it to pay the extra for a better POS system so that you won't have as many problems as Talech.
