I had dosage question. The does was different on vile that the instructions I COULD NOT get an answer. The dr is a bot. NO ONE would respond to me. For this reason I went with the lessor does again because I could not be sure what to do. So in turn I spent less money with you. I have been receiving the doses, just can not get any questions answered. I asked for weeks. that does not seem to be in my chat anymore!! I sent photos.....

In a now crowded field of GLP-1 providers, Trava has been a stand out. Cost transparency and effectiveness of the medication has helped me reach goals. Customer service and medical questions have been answered fully and quickly.

The first 3-month subscription plan was fine, I was on tier 1 so it went 2.5, 5.0, 7.5. Cool, makes sense to ease into it, the medicine was legit, fast shipping, no problems. But the second 3-month subscription plan that the website MADE me pick, had a plan that was 5.0, 7.5, 10.0. So that is 2 months of backward progress. I couldn't change the subscription to what I wanted, which was 3 months of 10.0mg, the website wouldn't even allow me to pick the next logical increments: 10.0, 12.5, 15.0 plan. So, I sent an email to customer service letting them know I'd be happy to renew the subscription for the next tier of dosages that makes sense, but I never got a response back. So, I never renewed. Legit medicine, comparable prices, but their tiered plans don't make sense, and nobody cares enough to fix it or respond.

I’ve loved using Trava health for my GLP-1 medication until recently. I understand that Trava has switched pharmacies, specifically to Greenwhich pharmacy. I read bad reviews on Reddit about how Greenwhich is not officially licensed in every state which is worrisome. Additionally, what concerns me the most is that I bought a 3 month supply of GLP-1 in June (with Greenwich pharmacy) which I haven’t had a chance to start yet because I’m finishing my last supply from Trava, but I noticed the first medication (10mg) is not properly labeled with the dose as the other two which makes me even more cautious to take the medication. This makes me doubt the validity of the pharmacy and the medication, and that I may not feel the effects or worse, it’s not safe to take. I’m disappointed because I’ve lost $700+ on a supply of medication I may not take as I don’t want to risk my health. It’s unfortunate because I’ve referred many friends to Trava since my experience has been great up until now. I will say - the customer support and service is amazing. I do appreciate the folks (CS and doctors) who respond to me quickly to answer my questions. Delivery time was not an issue despite others complaining about it taking weeks to get their medication. It took me maybe 2-3 days to receive mine.

I was initially so impressed with Trava. Their pricing and product is unbeatable in my opinion. The customer service initially was great. I would receive my product within 4-6 days, so I always knew when to order more. I placed an order only to be told after ordering that it would be delayed but never told for how long. After a few messages to someone who didn't seem to care, I realised I would completely run out and and wasn't getting any resolve. I was abruptly forced to stop my meds, which has been hugely disappointing. I was always the one on various forums, that would recommend Trava. I never asked for a discount, I was never an unreasonable client. They made NO effort to even try get my product and were no bothered at all they lost a customer. At some point a new messaging platform arrived and it felt like I was speaking to someone who didn't care. The fact that they don’t respond to any reviews here either should be an indication of their passion for customer service / lack thereof.

Great company! I've been using them for about 6 months and have no complaints. I will stick with them for as long as possible.

While I love the speedy order fulfillment, the prices have gone up too quickly. This may be my last order. $300+ is no longer a good deal.

Very inconsistent dosing. My first doses were great at the gradual increase. The second time I ordered increasing my dose I felt and had zero results. Essentially I was previously at .25mg and bumped to 1mg and felt nothing at 1mg. I’ve read that greenwichrx has been having some struggles and not following protocols so I won’t be ordering from Trava again.
