Take Command is the best ICHRA administrator I've worked with! We've offered an ICHRA for the past 3 years and this past year we switched to Take Command and it's been night and day for our 64 employees. Their customer service and support have made my life easier and made me look good.

Easy setup, great new benefit for employees

When choosing my new plan, the representative was extremely knowledgeable of the information as well as proficient in navigating the Take Command website.

Onboarding was easy. I love that we have the option to speak with a representative. My representative (Tory) was very informative and got straight to the point. I was able to select a insurance plan that fit my health needs.

Onboarding was pretty easy, they texted before an incoming call, a real person called me and even shared the screen of my Take Command portal to go over my choices. In this day of automated everything, it was nice to ask a real person questions. Insurance is still complicated AF and I can only hope i made good enough decisions now. But so far this was a good start. Update: thanks for all the help!

I received a text letting me know my Enrollment specialist was going to be calling. The specialist called a couple minutes later and was very helpful with answering my questions about a particular plan. The specialist made sure to go through the plan with me and answer all my questions about the copays and out of pockets.
