I am impressed by each person I've spoken with at Take Command. They are thoughtful and have provided helpful resources. The UI for my situation, existing coverage, was confusing which is why I needed to speak with someone because it wasn't clear what needed to be done to allow me to move forward. While on the phone with support we figured it out. A small UI highlight of some sort for required fields could have resolved the issue without the need for a call. I was surprised to see lower rates on some provider pages. Do your due diligence and check provider sites before selecting a plan in Take Command as you might save some money and get the same plan available in Take Command.

The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. Though when searching for a plan online and then enrolling there was a deductible listed that was no on the Take Command site.

I didn't know that to expect, I was nervous about my insurance trying to find one that was right for me. When I got the phone call from my agent it was awesome it was fast and painless. I'm very happy with my choice. Thank you again

It's nice to have all the options listed for you, but pretty confusing on what to choose and how to search. None of my doctors are showing up together with my prescriptions also being covered in any of the searches. They had to open a research ticket to help me find one. Im glad they at least quick help, and I really appreciate that they're looking for me to make sure my needs will be covered without something costing $400/month out of pocket. Hopefully they also fix the error at the end that tries to make you put in your own credit card info, when it should just be going thru my employer.

Actually I would give the process 3 stars. Everything went well until I thought we were set to go, until I found that it can take up to 10 business days for uploaded insurance information to be vetted and approved. To say our payroll this month was a mess would be an understatement. I should have been told to hold off until the November payroll.

Program was explained in detail. Everyone was professional. The usual challenge with any new project but I worked through the details in a relatively short time.

it was easy once we had the right documentation.
