The process is confusing and I do not have any point person to deal with except your sales person who does not handle the implementation.

Lots of unanswered questions from admin and staff

I still haven't gotten approved for my spouse's insurance.

Hi Katherine! These things can take time so we appreciate your patience. It's not an automatic process as we try to be as accurate as possible. Thanks for the feedback!

This was not a great experience. It took much longer for us to get the information we needed and correct the oversights than expected. My experience with Jay was representative of my experience with other reps. Jay responded to my request saying that I seemed to be "confused" about how the platform worked. When I spoke to him on the phone, he called me "confused" twice more before I had to explicitly ask him to stop using that word as I felt like it was dismissive and demeaning. After talking through my problem with Jay, it turned out that your team had in fact made the error that I was flagging in the initial email. Jay's approach of "mansplaining" and assuming that the customer was just too thick to understand Take Command was not only offputting, it also prevented us from identifying and resolving the problem as quickly as we would have if he had come into the conversation with a more open mind. While other agents were not as dismissive as Jay, I do suspect that a similar pattern of ignoring the customer's input contributed to how long it took to resolve our issue.

I have comments on the Administrator side, employees names are alpha order by first name - most databases are by last name. Email addresses cannot be edited. Login process is cumbersome and difficult for employees that receive the link.

The responsiveness on inquiries have been extremely delayed. As an employer, we can't go a week or more between questions and answers.

Videos were not helpful and lacked instructional content. There were no clear instructions on how to accomplish payments. I would rate it one star except for the fine visual quality of the website and video appearance. In other words, it looks good but is not helpful.
