I replied to a declined coverage email. After not getting a response for a couple of days, I called the phone number and elected to get a call back since there was a wait. I explained my concern and was instructed to reapply after removing my tax credit on the market place. I did so and reapplied and was again denied. This is the third time I am reapplying. The representative on the phone assured me I should not be denied again after applying this time. Very frustrating process as a new user.

Hey Megan, I took a look into your account and it looks like once we got your proof of coverage uploaded and approved, you are all set. We know change is hard and health insurance can be confusing - we are here to help you! If there isn't anything else we can help with, would you consider updating your review?

Hey Andrea, it sounds like our team got it all worked out with your insurance company. Sorry about the frustration! Now that you're all set up correctly, would you consider updating your review? We work really hard to take care of our customers and it would mean a lot. Thank you!

Policy just started on 2/1/2024…and the customer service rep hung up on me twice so far it’s been a nightmare

Hey there! So sorry to hear this. We did a little digging and it looks like the last call you had with our team was on the 31st and you weren't disconnected or anything. It sounded like you got what you needed from our team based on the recording and notes. Can you share what number you were calling? Was it Take Command or perhaps your health insurance carrier? I'd love more context so I can help clear this up. Thank you!

I can’t even describe how how frustrating and mad I have been with the company until this incident! I had to go to this company per my employer to pick out a plan. After choosing a plan and getting a quote, I received a bill for $150 more than the plan I picked. I sought out representatives from this company as well as bcbs to figure out what to do and then was told I had to pay the new amount. And then was told, they would see if they could reimburse the difference! Of course still nothing has been resolved after probably 4-5 hours on phones at various times. After more phone calls, emails, and TIME FROM WORK, I find out I was signed up for the wrong plan. I am Continuing to try to reach out and getting absolutely no where!! This is so sad that these companies are even in business!! By far worst customer service!! Please do not go through them!

Jackie, thank you for sharing your experience here. We're sorry it's been rough. What we can tell you is that we have a team working on this for you and we will fix it. For background, this issue started from incorrect third party data from other companies (not Take Command). We are working with those companies to fix this asap. We know this can be really frustrating and we are doing our best to make it right. Thank you for your patience and we will be in touch. Feel free to reach out in the meantime.

Poor customer service, never answer or help customers with their concerns. Got my policy canceled twice because of them not providing and member ID number.

Customer service is literally nonexistent. First, there is no support phone line. If you call, it will be sent to voicemail every single time. They want you to message their team. And it takes DAYS for them to respond. My client is in limbo and unable to reimburse employees. But did they charge them for the monthly fees already... you bet they did! However, a sales rep will be available for a Zoom call right away. You are better off with any other HRA vendor. Stay away from this terrible comany.
