Tajima Direct does an amazing job! I get the highest quality lenses in my favorite frames at the most convenient method to me possible. I recently refreshed my sunglasses inventory and bought two or three pairs. I sent a pair of Gucci sunglasses in to have the lenses replaced because Lens Crafters stated they could do it, but it would cost $230. I was notified upon arrival, I was notified with turnaround time, and I was notified when they shipped back for $99! Lenses are mint and I'm so happy I can wear them again.

Great experience. My lenses were pretty scratched up in my designer frames. I havent worn them due to seeing the scratches when wearing. Tajima did a great job and I actually like my new lenses better than the original.

First I tried the manufacture, they only offered a discount coupon. When I found out about this company was thrilled to give them a try. The shipping was easy the price was fair, the communication was unbelievable and the glasses are perfect, I no longer need to worry about dropping my glasses!
