Dear customer, I'm awfully sorry to hear about your experience. The reason why deleting an account doesn't automatically stop a subscription is because it's managed by an external service, such as Google Play or iTunes. Nevertheless, we're more than willing to compensate you for the inconvenience this may have brought upon you, as well as assist you in requesting a refund. Our support service is available 24/7 via our in-app Live Support chat or via email at [email protected]. Looking forward to your contact!

Hi, Tess! Thanks for leaving another review for the Taimi app. As we pointed out previously, you can enjoy everything that Taimi has to offer with its free version; the premium subscriptions are just meant to improve your experience. You can customize your profile, join group chats, get matched according to your preferences, and have private conversations and video calls with your matches without needing to upgrade to premium. Concerning the selfie we requested, that's a verification photo. It's one of the many safety measures we have in place to prevent false impersonations in the app. Furthermore, we sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback. We will use it to do better in the future. ❤️

Hi, Mark! According to our Community Rules, “we don’t allow our platform to be used as a vehicle for the promotion of goods and services in exchange for money or other forms of compensation that have the potential of being monetized.” You can read more about this policy at taimi.com/community Although we have a dedicated safety team operating 24/7, it’s natural that, every once in a while, something slips by. So if you witness any violations of this rule or any other rule in our Terms of Service or Community Rules, we invite you to report the situation immediately to our Live Support Chat or via e-mail at [email protected]. We count on you to make Taimi the safest LGBTQ+ dating app in the world! 💜
