Thank you very much for the honest review of the Taimi app. We're sorry to hear about your experience with our Gold subscription. 🙏🏼 It's important to bear in mind that although your plan includes many interesting premium features to help you find quality connections faster, it does not include unlimited daily actions. That is why you're currently unable to interact with new profiles - you've already run out of actions for the day. There is no need to worry, though. Your actions refresh automatically every 24 hours, so you will be able to use premium features very soon! In the meantime, we recommend investing in your mutual likes (matches), as no available actions are required to message them. Contact us 24/7 at [email protected] or via the in-app Live Support Chat (Profile > Settings > Help & Support) so we can better assist you with this. ❤️

Dear Mic, Thank you so much for the honest review. We're really sorry to hear about your recent experience with the Taimi app. To clarify, some of the features you mentioned are indeed automatic, but completely optional. It's possible you've enabled them by accident, but you can disable them at any moment via Profile > Settings > Match Guide. This might have given you the impression that some profiles were inauthentic, but this is most likely just due to the nature of our AI Assistant features. When it comes to your filters changing, this happens when the algorithm runs out of results to show you within your current preferences. If you really don't wish to meet users slightly outside of your filters, you can pause your swipes momentarily to give the algorithm time to shuffle in new results, as new people join the app. To discuss these matters further and improve your experience on Taimi, contact us 24/7 at [email protected] or via the in-app Live Support Chat (Profile > Settings > Help & Support). We look forward to assisting you. 🌈

Dear Allison, Thank you very much for taking the time to review the Taimi app. We understand your experience on our platform wasn't what you expected, and we apologize for falling short. When you mention likes not being sent by you, I believe you might be referring to our AI Assistant features, which you could have accidentally enabled while navigating the app. We'd be happy to clarify how everything works and ensure these features stay off. As for your distance and age preferences being expanded, this happens when you run out of results within your initial filters. If you really don't wish to connect with profiles outside of your preferences, we recommend pausing your swipes for a bit, to give the algorithm time to update your results as new users join the app. Contact us 24/7 at [email protected] or via the in-app Live Support Chat for additional assistance. 🌈

Hi, Bob! We're really sorry to hear that you didn't have a nice time with the app's basic version. To clarify, just like on most dating apps, you need a mutual like in order to be able to chat with other users in the app. If you can't message a specific person, that means you don't have a match yet. To get matches, you should head over to the People section and start liking users according to your preferences. Once someone you liked likes you back (or vice versa), you'll be matched and be able to message each other with no limits! Contact us 24/7 at [email protected] or via the in-app Live Support Chat so we can assist you further with this. 😊

(Automatisch vertaald) Hoi Stacy! 🌈

Hi, Daniel! Thank you so much for the honest feedback. We're really sorry that you were disappointed with your second subscription purchase. 🙏🏼 When you say you didn't get the same perks, could you be referring to your daily action limit? Tell us all about it at [email protected]. We'd love to clarify everything for you. ❤️
