In order to safeguard the well-being of our community, if someone engages in misconduct and/or receives several complaints from other users, their account is thoroughly investigated and then banned if there is conclusive evidence. This evidence provided by reporting users is always carefully analyzed and verified before being considered.

I will add to my initial review and preface this with a horrible year of online dating experiences or lack there of due to being labeled in some database as a user to ban without any reason. I will also say that Taimi should consider revising their own label as it’s not an LGBTQ app it has many and in my experience 90% straight women who are like me tired of the tinder and others stealing money left and right and then acting like they are doing any of us a favor by charging $20 per week. Overall it's above average with room to grow. I haven’t been using the app for awhile just for personal focus reasons. The experience is Different for sure. It may not be for everyone but they are making it feel like it's for anyone which is refreshing. Work on the user experience some more and it’ll be 5 star as long as they don’t get greedy.

Don’t waste your time downloading Taimi
TAIMI is definitely a trash app. There is a daily repetitious pattern connecting us the same people. Once we X off a person, why are they still in our rotation? Why can’t Taimi filter out our dislikes? It’s like we log in everyday to X out and view the SAME PEOPLE.. BORING… Also, I put in my suggested age group of 40+ plus and the app continues to displays women that’s in their 20’s or 30’s. SUCKS. In addition, I set up a preference of LESBIAN WOMEN ONLY, mean while I have to see Bi’s, Pansexuals, Asexuals, Couple’s seeking 3 sums, Studs, and etc. Why can’t we be grouped according to our preferences? TAIMI will give you everything with the EXCEPTION of your desired request. Why provide us with a preference option, if TAIMI can’t honor it? TAIMI is suppose to be a LGBTQ app, there is a man up there looking to connect with studs only. DISGUSTED. Where is the supervision within the app? In my opinion, Taimi is a waste of time, energy, and money.. DO NOT IT UNLESS YOU ARE BEAT..

Thank you for the review, T F! I'm really sorry to hear you have this impression of the Taimi app.
The reason why you may see profiles you've already skipped on Discovery is that the app gives you the chance to rethink your decision without needing premium.
As for seeing users outside of the age filters you specified, they are your incoming likes - the app shuffles them into Discovery so you can like them back in the free version of the platform as well.
If you don't want this to happen, however, there's an easy fix - Stealth Mode!
Furthermore, I should clarify that we currently do not have a sexuality filter, only a gender filter. Even though you can add this information to your profile and see it in the profiles of other users, it isn't a filter per se. Who knows what the future might bring, though! 😊
Finally, if you witness any violations of our Community Rules, make sure to report the users in question to us via the in-app Live Support Chat or at [email protected]. We take the safety of our community very seriously. 💜
