Let me say, this is the first dating app I’ve ever used, since I identified as aroace before starting testosterone. Now I identify as polysexual and cupio, and I’ve had a great experience so far! I’ve matched with a bunch of people and made some friends, some more! I contacted support for the first time today since I was trying to make a new main card with my new hair color, and it said the picture didn’t have my face in it. Turns out, all I had to do was upload it again! Support was very helpful and quick to respond. My only complaint about the entire app is that it occasionally recommends people outside my preferred gender and age (such as people over 25, cis men) and those people are allowed to view and like my profile. It’s not a big deal though, I can always skip them. Thank you for making such a lovely, inclusive dating app!

Horrible and made to feel like a criminal. I never thought a company who is so against judgement and treating people fairly for who they are could be so narrow minded and inconsiderate. Outcasting someone unfairly like the homophobia that has existed in our society. Its become clear to me that its a gatekept community for people who think only certain people should be allowed on the app and to ban those that may not fit the usual queer role e.g. someone who is too femme and hetero. This is more of a rant about showing the need for common sense. I downloaded the app a year or more ago. As soon as I signed up within moments i was banned. At this point I haven't even had a conversation with anyone. I haven't made any interactions. So naturally I go through the normal process of trying to speak to support who would surely be able to understand the situation and help me clear up the issue. I was asked a few questions about if I was on a VPN and if I could turn it off. Which as far as I knew I was not. So I gave up trying to fix it and moved on. Then recently I re-downloaded the app, completely forgetting about this previous issue. Only to be told immediately that my account has been banned and that I could have support review my account. I was told there is nothing that can be done to reverse the issue. So I pressed a little further and was told I'd tried to exploit other users for monetary gain. So at this point I'm trying to please my case and work out how I've done this without even talking to a single person. But the silly thing is that support can't even see what it was that was apparently done to flag it as they don't keep any data on incident. Only that the account was triggered as being banned. Now, I understand the need for safety and security. Yes, I also understand there are certain flags to catch and pick up on suspicious activity. But there needs to be room for some common sense. The ability to plead your case to some extent when reviewing whatever terms you've apparently broken. I've just ended up in this stalemate situation where I can't ask for a review because there is no information on hand as to what I have done. But then also they have the nerve to accuse me of doing something wrong without any proof. Absolutely mental. I'm at the point now where I don't even want my an account I just want someone at Taimi to say they've made a mistake in their system. Something was triggered incorrectly. Apologise to me and then we can all move on. I can only assume from this experience that I am not welcome in this community. It's a shame this kind of discrimination exists today even in the queer community. Based on this I would not recommend using this app let alone pay money to use it. --- Just a follow up on the comment below. The support team refused to give me a case ID
