I personally deal with Zain he is a very helpful whenever I had question he was right there to answer, and the umrah package was perfect and Subhanallah the sheikh we went with was so awesome. From the Hotel booking to meal and needing any thing it was really good overall it was really good experience traveling with Taibah we are preferring them for our future umrah trip And also I don’t want to forget brother Abu abdurahman he was such a caring person during the trip. May Allah reward them All for such a heard work

I truly cherished the experience with the wonderful group I was with, and I must say that Taibah Travels has been incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the journey. Their exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me, and I am eager to embark on another trip with them for the upcoming Umrah and/or Hajj. Assalaam o Alaikum brother Ali, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share some feedback about our hotel stay in Madina because, honestly, it was really frustrating for us. When we booked our Umrah package, we were promised Anwarul Medina, which we’ve stayed at before and really liked. But while we were already on our way, we found out we wouldn’t be staying there. Instead, we were given a hotel that was much farther, and it wasn’t even close to the same standard. With my mother in law in a wheelchair, this made things extremely difficult. We had to bring her downstairs and then push the wheelchair for at least a 10-minute walk each time. The constant up and down made everything so exhausting and inconvenient for us. We asked if something closer could be arranged, but unfortunately, there was no accommodation for that. To make matters worse, the hotel itself was in terrible condition. The staff wasn’t helpful, and the room had so many issues. The bathroom was a mess—we had to call maintenance, the mirror was broken, and the shower was literally tied with a shopping bag. It was just embarrassing. This is not the kind of experience we expected, and it made things unnecessarily stressful for us. That being said, I really appreciate how kind and helpful you’ve been from the very beginning. You were always quick to message us back and assist us whenever we needed it, and I have nothing against you at all. I just wanted to share my experience because I was really hoping for a good or at least an equivalent hotel to Anwarul Medina. Getting a hotel that was far from the masjid was just not okay for us—especially with an elderly person in a wheelchair. Even 10 minutes of walking was too much, and overall, this just wasn’t a good experience.

Umroh My family did enjoyed a great trip with taibah travels. Thanks for helping my family successful completed our umroh and learned more about islam histories.

The Taibah travel agency is one of the best I went for umrah Ramadan this year 2/24 to 3/8 from Seattle. The organizers very nice and patiently. We very satisfied with this company and hopefully we can come back visit Mecca n Medina again and again for umrah and Haj. Alhamdulilah umrah mabrook

I went to my first umrah with Taibah Travels and it went go smoothly. I had nothing to worry about. They took care of booking me a flight, getting me a visa, the hotel and on ground transportation, breakfast was said to be the only meal included, but they were so kind that on multiple occasions they gave us dinner too for free. This just went to show their kindness and how much they care about our wellbeing. They also took us on visits in both Mecca and Madinah that was super informative. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with this group! I am so grateful to have been with them for my first umrah. Special thanks to brother Zain Khan for making this possible and taking care of everything for us from the get go!

I went in the month of December, and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. This was the second time that I went and this time was significantly better because of the way the trip was organized and how seamless and simple the travel agent, Mohammed Ali, made it for us. Everything from A-Z was exceptional. Jazakum Allah khair, and I will always recommend traveling with Taibah Travels to all my friends, and loved ones.
