For the first time (ordering products online) I actually received an email from a supplier, Tahoe Mountain Sports which provided my options to include cancelling the order. Typically you receive some products and are informed of a delay in writing. I appreciated their honesty and that is why I elected NOT to cancel my order. I received the first items as requested and without delay.

I ordered snow boots and they came in way aster than expected! I obviously haven't gotten to wear them in te snow yet, but I walked around in them and they were very comfortable, warm and they fit great. I got a size up from my normal size so that I could wear multiple pairs of socks with them.

Everything in the whole process went very smoothly. The website was easy to use, discs were fairly priced and they were immediately shipped. Would definitely purchase here again! When the box arrived, I was a little worried that my discs may have been damaged during the shipping process. Upon opening the damaged box, I was happy to see the discs were fine. I may suggest using a different size box in the future when sending out orders such as mine (5 discs). Again, there were no problems, but I could potentially see where there could be problems in the future.

Even if the order did not delivery arrive on the day originally scheduled, I would buy some product in this site again. Good attention by the team. Very good!
