Received the WRONG PART, misleading website construction!!
I lost a basket from my Black Diamond hiking poles. When I searched for it on-line, I was happy to find it on Tahoe Mtn. Sports as a "spare part" for the pair. The basket looks sort of like a snow-flake with a portion of the outer sector missing, but it's purposefully molded that way. It looked exactly like that on-line so I clicked on it and bought it. What I recieved was a pair of small, round baskets, they are from Black Diamond, but the WRONG PART!

The listing showed several different spare parts Black Diamond trekking poles and including the 3/4 baskets, which we do not currently have in stock. We understand how this listing might be confusing so we have separated it into several individual product listings to prevent any future issues.

Horrible!!!!!
Avoid this place. After the miserable service, slow delivery, etc., you'll be spammed to death.

Order was shipped the same day and delivered 3 days later. Our system sends a couple of follow-up messages after each order, including one to rate the product and another to rate the transaction on TrustPilot. Marketing messages are only sent to people that specifically opt-in and contacts may easily unsubscribe from all future marketing messages.

Not good
I got sent the wrong pack straps

Oliver, we are sincerely sorry you did not receive the product you expected. We sent the straps you ordered, but it appears that you were actually interested in a different style of straps. Our product descriptions may not have been clear enough to distinguish between the different styles. We are updating those details right now to make sure those product listings are more clear. I was thoroughly disappointed.
Unordered a disc at 150 game. The disc delivered was 140 grams. This might not seem like allot to those who aren't familiar with disc golf, however, It makes a world of difference. I cannot throw a disc that light. I had to return the purchased disc at my own cost. It was my first experience with Tahoe Mounain Sports. It will probably be my last.

Taylor, did you already ship it back? We never hold customers accountable for our mistakes and we would be more than happy to pay the return shipping AND send you the weight you actually ordered. We are so sorry for the shipping the wrong weight disc and would be happy to make things right. We really do care about our customers, but we are human and occasionally make a mistake.
