This company is so bad that I wish I can give 0 star. Not only they never sent the phone , they do not even try to provide a tracking number . No customer service at all , just a recording no matter how many different options you will try .

I was applying for a free government phone from this company. Was approved just needed approval from the national verifier for the proof documents that were sent via gmail. So as I'm speaking to the rep about one issue and started to speak about another issue with application changes his attitude and his voice shifted. Then out of the blue I'm being questioned about having service with their partner company. Needless to say my issue did not get taken care of in the way it should have and was treated not like a customer should be treated the representative then said I'm sorry but you can't get a free phone with our company I have never had a phone with tag mobile before first time they've sent me just a SIM card but never a free phone and the phone I currently have is running out of 4G 4G service has no memory on the phone I'm grateful I have it but still I was trying to upgrade a phone and they wouldn't even let me do that. I'm going to tell all my friends and family that technical does not honor their rules and regulations on their terms and conditions nowhere on the terms of conditions nor on the rules and regulations on their website do they say that you can never get a phone from them again getting a SIM card and getting it physical phone or two different things so I'm going to tell everybody not to go with tag mobile nor airtalk wireless because they are misleading the people that need phones for the everyday life that is why I am only giving them one star. And to close out I think that you should retrain all of your customer service reps to be honest with the customers and not leave customers on that they will be able to get something when they're not going to be able to get it bad customer service. I have never been disrespected like I was talking to this customer service representative and I've worked in customer service since I was 16 not only as entry level but as a manager assistant manager and night audit at a hotel.

I was told I could get a free phone iPhone with Tag Mobile with Life line application. Approved but Tag Mobile out of I phone 11, but said had a 12 for $32. Got the phone after some time. Could get zero help getting it setup with Tag Mobile. No person available with them to speak to. Sent email cancel service not interested. Took their phone to post office certified back to them in Houston. They received the phone. Kept getting emails when you using your phone we will cancel for not using after so many days. I contacted Lifeline and furnished information that the phone was never used and returned to Tag Mobile. Three months later finally got account closed, but they never refunded the $32. Total scam company and waste of time.

Absolute worst free phone service I've ever had. Two times this month they have asked me to make a payment on my free plan that does not require you to make payments in order to call people. This is going on day two with no service I have job interviews trying to call me that cannot reach me I have probation officers and home detention officers calling me and they cannot reach me. This is insane and I regret switching to tag mobile so much I should have kept my old provider. - Daniel Condit

Lost my phone on Friday night and this crappy phone company is closed on weekends. Today is Monday at 745AM PST and they are supposed to be opened from 8AM CST but the customer service department is still not open yet. Lifeline should scrap the license for TAG Mobile.
