TAG MobileReviews of tagmobile.com

Everything went real smooth from beginning the application to receiving the package, Quite impressive ! Thank you TAG for making a positive difference in customer service for cell phones . I am so happy with my new number and iPhone,

The sign up for life line was flawless and the service seems pretty good so far What I didn’t like was that I chose a phone model and brand and it was replaced without approval I should’ve been given the opportunity to choose a phone of my liking not just tell me you get this because we don’t have what you want simply not good business if you ask me

The absolutely worst service ever! 1. Zero communication when approved. 2. Never less than 20 minutes holding for customer service. Having to confirm you're still waiting every 4 minutes. 3. Never a cellular signal... Always "waiting for network"! 4. Maps either stays frozen (70%) or shows me driving 1,000 yards parallel to the road I'm on(30%/ driving through building's). 5. Customer service provides the same exact ineffective reset and a list of settings. 5 times for me now. 6. Customer service confirmed another phone I have is compatible... Another wasted 2 hours to find that is isn't! 7. Their only solution is to purchase a better phone or be charged $100 for cancelling early! I've had this phone for 3 months and it has cost me an incredible amount of time and money with wasted gas, driving lost and unable to call someone for directions. Sitting on hold for 20-30 minutes per 11 of my calls, resetting and reapplying the data port settings 5 times (4 with this junk phone and once with the "compatible" phone that wasn't compatible)! I have to wait 3 more months before porting my lifeline to a reputable provider or pay $100 more for this awesome $7 phone! ***Tag mobile is by far the most ridiculous waste of my life to date!*** Recommendation: Avoid tag mobile at all costs!

I love the phone I would like to keep my old phone number that I had on my last phone but not sure if that is possible

Never got my phone! I’ve been waiting for a whole month!

WELL SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE FOR OVER ONE (1) MONTH NOW I WISH THAT THE COMPANY WOULD TAKE THE NEXT STEP AND SEND ME A PHONE. I WAS WITH MY LAST PHONE CARRIER(QLINKWIRELESS) FOR OVER 8YRS UNTIL THEY DEFRAUDED THE GOVERNMENT! I HOPE TO STAY WITH YOU GUYS BECAUSE OF THE FEEDBACK.I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP MY PHONE NUMBER IF NOT I DO UNDERSTAND. PLUS I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A TABLET TOO

Overall it was a good experience, application process is very simple, this processed very quickly, the device was shipped promptly, and even arrived early. I will say the devices provided are definitely a little bit glitchy and a little difficult to navigate. I would recommend that someone bring their own device or even buy a newer upgraded device that's offered on the site.

I give them a negative 8 I have been waiting 2 months now for my service. I try to contact them and I get the same update every time with a generic response with a promise it would be there today. They post my package in shipping 4 weeks ago and I'm waiting on approval from wherehouse. I keep calling and they tell me thaty phone will be escalated and would be shipped out two days. That two days has gone by several days ago and now I can't get logged in to the account get an option to talk to somebody in customer service leaving me phone list and lifeless they are the worst ever. I can't even get transferred to another service provider they got me all scammed up they are a huge scam
