READY, SET. . . . . . .WAIT! What? No info, no communication?
to start with, their bio reads "AFT was born out of a mutual love for uniquely designed and well-made products.". What the heck is AFT? Second, their shipping TAKES FOREVER with endless updates about who loaded it onto a truck or scanned a barcode in some far off city, but no suggested delivery date by companies that do not seem reliable and haven't been in business very long. CONSUMERS WANT A DELIVERY DATE NOT USELESS SHIPPING POINT INFO. We need to plan to have someone there to get the package before porch pirates do. You can tell the people who run these companies were born in the 90's, poor people skills. Good God, the USPS is better than CIRRO and GOFO. Would I buy another pair of shoes from TAFT? Probably not unless they up their game for customer communications and customer service, and delivery which seriously IS lacking.
