Overall good, website a little clunky with adding and removing accessories to cart

Hans helped locate the different parts of my order and make sure they were shipped out from different factories. I had not had a positive experience so far with Tadi brothers except for Hans, who went above and beyond. The original man I spoke with about what I needed in a camera suggested I do an order with him over the phone to insure I got the best discount. He then forgot to apply a discount to my order and had to refund the difference when I asked about the promised discount. A week after placing my order I called to inquire and found it had not been shipped. The man on the phone this time confirmed my order would be sent out that day by 2pm from the California warehouse as the Midwest warehouse was out of stock of some of the parts. I wasn’t thrilled as they were shipping ground from California to Michigan, a week late. I then called two days later and spoke with a man named Hans who informed me the order had STILL not been shipped and went out of his way to make sure the order was shipped for me. I appreciate his help immensely as I cannot leave for my winter work plans until my camera is installed on my trailer. Thank you Hans.

Web-site was helpful in finding what I was looking for. More then one option available. Payment options were a little confusing. I already have a Pay Pal account. Why another credit check??
