So there was a screw up in shipping
So there was a screw up in shipping, and the staff has been excellent in getting everything fixed. I get it, sometimes things happen, but the service to make it right has been spot on.

DIGITAL CAMERA AND MIRROR DISPLAY
Bought a digital antenna camera unit and LCD rear view mirror mountable display. Fast shipping! Easy to install; however, had some issues with signal. Gabe was easy to get into contact with and even provided me with a separate direct number to get this remedied ASAP. After consult over the phone we determined this unit needed an antenna extender. It appears my particular RV setup had some signal interferences. Gabe offered a 30’ extender cable antenna to ship out ASAP - at no cost to me - and make this experience right! So reassuring to see such commitment to quality customer service! Thanks Gabe! Can’t wait to get my new cable and hopefully get a nice solid connection!

Initial Call for Semi Trailer Side Cameras
Initial Call I am researching a camera system for an industrial client where they have a few semi tractors that hook and unhook numerous trailers in loading docks. The tractors are constantly switching trailers, so we need something that doesn't require manual connections. The semis have to back across a drive where there is a hidden approach that the drivers can't see, but can be easily seen from the back of the trailer. They helped me find a combination of monitors and side cameras to meet our needs.

Ethan I inherited an older backup system on a fifth wheel purchase but it lacked a 6pin cable for the wired monitor. Received your 6pin cable this afternoon. Put the 7" monitor and camera together and it works!! I'll make the connections more permanent when I install it on the Fifth Wheel as I just have it running in my office. Thank you very much. You went out of you way to help me and I appreciate it. Larry

No problem return
Recently I purchased camera and some other stuff from Tadi Brothers. Unfortunately this didn't work for me and I return this product to them.Week after I receive my money back. Finally a company who do as they said.
