John in Customer Support was great!
John in Customer Support was very helpful in working with me to ensure my order was accurate. I had misunderstood that the stick on sensors still required a hole to be drilled for the sensor installation... so he was able to correct that before the order shipped. In addition, the hole saw was not available with my order and was backlogged, so he provided the information so that I could order it from Amazon. My installer thought there was a product defect after testing, but upon returning the product, it was determined that it was operational. John coordinated the return of the product for testing and the return of the equipment to me. John also provided updated information that the sensors are now available in only one length, so again rectifying a misunderstanding on my part that the front sensor wires were longer. John's assistance is greatly appreciated!
