My customer service experience with…
My customer service experience with TadiBrothers has been outstanding! Though my original backup camera order arrived on time and complete, the included 7” monitor was malfunctioning, which required a replacement. TadiBrothers customer service rep Karl was able to expedite the diagnosis and replacement of the monitor to ensure that I had a completely operational system prior to the start of my vacation. I highly recommend TadiBrothers for their quality service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Great company, resolved issues with my order
Great company. John provided excellent customer service. Had an issue with my order and he took care of it immediately. He returned my phone call right away and gave me options to satisfy my needs, with no haggling. They focus on good products with great customer service. I would order from them again.

Unsurpassed tech support
My backup camera system initially worked, but when it was ready to hook up for camping, there was no signal. That was last year. It's time for camping again, so I reached out to TadiBrothers for help. Gabriel responded immediately. After going over a few things, he asked me to send the gear back for a check. The gear is out of warranty, but no matter, Gabriel confirmed it was working and is sending it back to me, just in time to use. At no charge for his time, just shipping. Who does that? When TadiBrothers says to bench test using a 12v battery, use the constant voltage of a 12v battery, not a Jackery. That was my problem. Thanks Gabriel and TadiBrothers for quality products and incredible customer service.
