John was very helpful explain to me that only the round pen comes shipped with the monitor that I received that’s a two for one to two monitor he explained that I needed a four pin square to work on this he also explained how to wire in the power wire to me he was very helpful and I really appreciate everything he did for me thank you

Having just installed AGPS and and noticing a navigation glitch I called T brothers and and found that I was after hours for the service department. Without even leaving a message, John from customer service called me at 8 o'clock the next morning to Inquire as to what I might need. I explained to him my problem and he immediately Contacted technical service and then he expedited me a new GPS navigation card. There was no waiting, no having to remove the unit and send it back, he was he was thorough and and absolutely professional in every way. Being a professional guide and dealing with several satellite GPS, both marine and land based I have not gotten the customer service that I received from TADI brothers. John had my paperwork in front of him even before he called me for the initial contact. As we were leaving for a long awaited family vacation time was of the essence and John took care of that immediately. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with TADI brothers and John in customer service. I recommend them to everyone. Their products and service are 5 star all the way.

The wireless system i bought was unable to overcome interference from the camera to the monitor resulting in flickering , horizontal lines and eventually blacking out. With tech help it was decided a wired system might be best. I also decided to upgrade the monitor at the time. The technician helped me select a comparable wired system and walked me though the return process and gave me pointers on installing the new wired system. I was contacted quickly and courteously all times. They were very polite and professional. Their reputation for service is well earned. Thanks.

Bought a wireless backup, had problems with the transmitter, receiver and the infrared on the camera. After talking to the right person at Tadi. I was emailed a shipping label to return the defective parts. And Tadi has sent a replacement infrared camera and cables to to hard wire the camera to the monitor.

I called to ask some questions concerning my rear view driving camera I purchased from TadiBrothers for my Motorhome. Agent was completely helpful. He was ver personable and well informed about the product. I am not good with electronics so I anticipate having more questions and will hopefully get the same agent. He is an asset to your company. He was very patient with me.
