Tommy me was patient with me and went through the details of purchasing for my GMC sierra. I am still uncertain about connecting the back up mirror, but Tommy assured me that I would have technical assistance. After looking at the video, my question is on the battery pack Versus having to go through the liner but I’ll get there and figure that out when it comes and have competent instructions. Thanks Tommy.

Good Technical Support
I had a problem with a product and contacted Tadi brothers via email months after I received the product, but within the warranty period. Tech support offered me immediate suggestions to resolve the issue, then provided instructions for me to return it for evaluation and repair after I checked it again. I received a call when the item arrived at their facility, then called them back and spoke to Paul, who informed me that Tadi would be sending me a new replacement as a courtesy even though the original was repairable. I was not excited to have to pay for the return shipping after having to pay to have it sent to them, but that wasn't included in the warranty coverage. Paul was polite, helpful and thorough in confirming the shipping address and making sure that I was satisfied with the solution. I have not picked up the item or checked it yet, but I'm giving Paul five stars for following up with me on the replacement.
