Great company to work with answered questions about shipping right away. Can’t weight to get the camera and try it out

First off - Once I made contact with the company they were quick to reply by phone and not over e-mail which usually creates more e-mails. I had sent an earlier e-mail with photos describing the wiring already in place on my trailer but was not compatible with my the camera purchased. Secondly he was very personal and patient in making sure I understood the direction and proper wiring practice he was giving me on how to make this unit compatible with my trailer. To ensure satisfactory customer service I was left with a phone number - not a usual practice in my experience with other companies and very much appreciated by myself. Thanks very much

Tadi BrotherLs customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond to help me find the solution to my issue , not to mention, provided several steps to troubleshoot the problem. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the customer service rep and the time she spent resolving my problem.

Service from the Tadi service rep was excellent in that responses on a repair item was fast and professioal. Often one gets a run around on a warrantee issue. Here that did not happen. Otto Langer BC Canada
