Great technology and a great installation on our 36’ motorhome
The installer Josan recommended was close to where we live and he did a wonderful install of 4 new cameras and a new, easy to operate, console, also recommended by Josan. She is very knowledgeable and customer friendly and helpful. Th equipment is first rate, high quality technology that performs as advertised.

Good customer service
I purchased my camera with the mirror monitor in May of 2023. In February of 2024 we left for a trip south. The first day the camera system worked great. On the second day the unit kept shutting off. It would come back on for a short period then shut off completely. Once we got to our destination I called Florence at Tadi Brothers and she helped diagnose that the camera needed to be sent back. As we were on the road it had to wait till we got back in March. I sent the camera back and after they received it I was asked to send the monitor back. They tested it and said nothing was wrong. After I got it back I bench tested the unit and it failed again. I called back to Tadi Brothers and spoke with Gabe the Customer Support supervisor. He sent me a UPS label and I sent the unit back again. After a few weeks a new updated camera and monitor showed up at my door. I have bench tested this unit now several times and the unit is working great. It took a while but things worked out. The camera and monitor are very clear. I appreciate all the things Gabe did to resolve this problem.
