Rose helped me choose and order horse trailer cameras
Rose was super helpful and found the best camera set up for my horse trailer! She explained the difference between the various products and matched me with the best set up to monitor my horses while traveling. This is so important to me because my horses are my best friends and I want to keep them as safe as possible while traveling. Rose helped me so quickly which was awesome! Great Technical Support Purchasing
I haven't received the product yet, so this review is about the process of buying. I started to chat with a rep and they called me which simplified the process. Rose was extremely knowledgeable about the product features and installation process including how to get certain functionality. I really appreciated that. I did some more research spoke with my installer and called back to purchase. I was able to use a promo code and Rose worked to ensure that is was shipped directly so I would make my installation window. It's scheduled to be delivered 2 days earlier than needed. So far so good with TadiBrothers. I am hoping the product does not disappoint.
