Josan troubleshot my issue in about ten seconds and got us up and running again.

Today I received a call from Gabe with Tadi Bros responding to my help inquiry on their website. I was having a problem with my 8 year old system and Gabe helped my troubleshoot the system. Unfortunately something has gone wrong in the display software and Gabe explained it would be too expensive to repair or replace that system. It was still working, but not in the split screen mode. Gabe took the time to tell me about the new systems and offer me a fantastic discount to replace my entire system. Once I understood the improvements of the newer systems and considering my systems had served me well for 8 years, I purchased the new product.
