I was having a problem with an eight year-old camera set. I found Paul to be extremely helpful and understanding of my issues. He was patient with me and suggested that I send pictures of my equipment where I had an issue and then contacted your master technician to get additional help. Huynh the master technician did not call back relatively quickly. Paul followed up a second time and the technician called me and was very helpful in resolving my problem and telling me what to look for on my monitor. I believe Paul went above and beyond what is normal for customer service representatives And I very much appreciated his persistence in working with me. I am certainly glad that I chose Tadi Brothers for the back up camera upgrade to my 2003 motorhome.
