I've been a customer for over a decade and am continually impressed by their support (an actual live person when you call), returns, and honoring warranties. Sometimes their shipping is a little slow, even if paying extra for faster, but overall, can't beat their selection and support. I keep telling my family to stop with the BPS and Cabela's gift cards and stick with Tackle Warehouse because they carry the premium lures I fish with!

Probably the largest and most extensive collection of fishing gear available anywhere. I've literally spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and never had an issue. Top notch customer service. Ignore the clowns giving low ratings because they tried to order something that was out of stock. Tackle Warehouse is the goto spot for the real anglers.

Personal opinion here, but I’d almost never do business with anyone but Tackle Warehouse at this point (on a national scale, not talking about local guys). Without fail, any time there’s an issue, TW fixes it. Shockingly, GLS lost yet another 300+ dollar rod in shipment. I called TW and they immediately sent me a new one, and even made sure it still arrives by the weekend. Good old Johnny Morris can’t touch that level of customer service with a ten foot pole…
