Horrible experience, I ordered on sept 4th and am not going to receive until sept 16. I live 100 miles away. I have had past so so experiences with them but nothing like this. No response from customer service. I will find another supplier.

Ordered from tackle warehouse on August 30th. Money taken out of my account already has not shipped! I order from them for the last 15 years. I would love to say good things REALLY but I can not? My order was over $300 dollars usually is called customer service today on hold 10 minutes they say my order got stuck whatever that means. They mentioned a supervisor would handle it. We will see my last order from me this has happened twice now. I'm all done same really,!

They have failed to honor my military discount, and it appears they have discontinued it. I have noticed several other tackle companies that offer the same merchandise with the same shipping at a better price. Tackle Warehouse likes money more than people.

I have made many purchases from Tacke warehouse and they had the best return policy in the business. That is over now. They went down to a 90 day return policy which is still good, but now they won't accept without the tags still being on the product. REALLY BAD. I am permanently moving my business to FISH USA, BASS PRO or others. Extremely disappointed in the unwillingness of the customer service people to help. If you get Jake you are screwed.

return for refund is not accurate. they will deny the refund even if you didn't use it. Buyer beware. I had to call to get a refund but it was because i pushed back.

Ordered some of the new berkley lab series minnows and just got a call saying they don’t have one of colors I ordered and I was checking in on the website to see when the stuff sold out just because I was curious and when I ordered it, it took at least 15mins before showing that the color was back ordered so it’s either their system or they not doing orders first come first serve. Very upset with this service.

When you order a back ordered item they charge your credit card immediately and they have not shipped your item nor do they have it in stock. They don’t even know when they will get it or even if they ever will. No other online retailer does this. They need to change this policy. If they need cash this much they may be in financial trouble. Shop Amazon or BassPro.

Tackle Warehouse has outgrown itself. The orders do not show up on time. Sometimes the orders are not accurate. Prior to 2022 the company did a great job, but have experienced it in years.
