Hello Felipe Negrete, Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to read about the shipping holdups of your order. Our storage partner in the USA is experiencing unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability due to the holidays and the COVID safety restrictions. All carriers as well are also experiencing delays in processing and delivery for the same reason. As a result, your order experiences gaps and delays in tracking event updates. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry to hear that this did not meet the standards. Your peace of mind is our topmost priority, and I understand the current situation is not an excuse to delay your order's delivery. We want to take full responsibility for this issue. I have reached out to you via email to provide more information and layout a convenient resolution. I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Hello Editha Edillon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us such beautiful feedback. Our dedicated teammates will be very pleased to learn of your high praise. While TrustPilot places star next to our business, you actually our real star. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences to incentivize our efforts, and that's what makes you the star. Only when we receive such positive feedback do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well. Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back. You've definitely made our day! We will strive to deliver great experiences consistently. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Hello Melissa Cummins, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read about the shipping hold-ups of your order. All carriers are experiencing delays in processing and delivery due to unprecedented volumes and COVID safety restrictions. As a result, your order experiences gaps and delays in tracking event updates. I understand your order's urgency; however, I want to bring you back to when the order was placed, which was in the middle of the holidays. The shipping timeframe was within 7 business days. Thus delivery from 25 December is on or before 6 January 2021. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I have reached out to you to provide more information. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding your order. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases

Hello Kate Schofield, Thank you for the feedback. Please accept our apologies for shipping out the wrong keyboard. I've had a look at the photo you sent over in the last email, and I can see that the keyboard you received is of another type instead, the Copper Infinite Executive keyboard. I can confirm that this is a packaging issue. I can also agree that this awkward situation is not ideal; however, mistakes can happen. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry that your initial experience did not meet that standard. I emailed you directly to rectify the situation and offer the most convenient resolution. Again, my wholehearted apologies and know that shipping the wrong keyboard cover is never our intention. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Head of Support - Tablet2Cases
