The delivery timeframe for orders fulfilled from our international warehouse is within 14 days. This was explicitly highlighted during the checkout process and the same information was provided in your order confirmation email. I have tracked your package and see that this has arrived and being sorted out in Hebron, Kentucky, since 14 January. Soon enough, this will be on the road for final delivery. Although your order was dispatched within 24 hours, do note that all carriers experience delays in processing and delivery due to unprecedented volumes and COVID safety restrictions during the holidays. The rugged case is made of super lightweight EVA foam + and a handle that can fold up to 110~ degrees angle when sitting upright. Given that the iPad is getting bigger and heavier than the first ones rolled out ten years ago, the rugged case can only support your iPad when lying down or in landscape mode.
