terrible website. I opened an account and they froze my account immediately. I have visited a TAB agency 4 times trying to verify myself and they are so useless they cannot get this done. Go to any other sports betting website because they are a total waste of time!

Advertising strategy with Royal Randwick involves flying a noisy helicopter over the beach on weekends for hours at a time, ruining the peaceful vibe. Will not be using TAB for this reason, and will ask MPs to ban gambling advertising campaigns.

Every other betting company has no problem verifying my identity, but TAB has made me spend 20+ hours on the phone trying to get this sorted and has held onto my money for over two weeks without making any progress. Sometimes they put me on hold and then just hang up.

Placed a quaddie at Bendigo Races( Nov 11) approx 3 hours before they were called off. Used my multiplier for this bet. I later called up their customer service line to enquire if they could reinstate the multiplier as i had not used it. There answer was NO. Reason being is that I had used it and basically my bad luck that they were called of. HOW UNFAIR OF YOU TAB. You don't play with a straight bat.
