Customer service was great just a bit clunky technology-wise for an older person like me. Once everything got rolling it went smoothly. I wish there were more items for really large breasted women like myself. Even with the Lifty j-k cup the bottoms still gapped like I had stretched all the elastic out of the leg holes. Love the product just doesn’t fit me as well as I hoped.

The policy posted regarding the return fee is misleading. It reads as though the first 3 items are $7.95, with each additional item being $3.95. Instead, I was charged $3.95 for each of my 5 items. This makes no sense—had I known I would be charged $3.95 per item, I would have placed an order for 3 items, and then a separate order for 2 items to decrease the return fee.

UPDATE: Company reached out and I got a replacement top, Very happy with their customer service will definitely purchase more clothing in the future. Thanks TA3! Very happy customer. I’ve gotten gifts from family members and recently ordered myself. I have to say I do like the corset idea and absolutely like the tops but the color doesn’t last, and the built in bra isn’t very strong. For the price I’d expect to wear my clothing more than 3 times and not have the color come off in the first wash.
