I just installed the Synder app so I have a lot of questions and clarification regarding their plans. Darya has been very helpful and has answered all my queries.

I am new to the app and I had all sorts of questions. Darya on chat was quick to answer. Time would go by and Darya would still be there even though I hadn't chatted in a while. It was nice to not have to reach out again, support was actively there. So far, great customer service.

We wanted so badly for this app to work for our Square clients. We were successful with all but 1 item importing smoothly. 95% is great, but we wanted this to be an auto-import for them, and not need to be worried about transactions getting hung-up while they were busy running their business. We emailed back and forth for several weeks before Stan noticed the quotes for the dimensions of our rogue item were curved not straight. Somehow every other item was created with straight quotes, but one had curly. We had no idea the difference, but we changed the quotes and voila! Success!!! We are thrilled! Synder worked with us and showed amazing kindness and patience even when we were super frustrated. I wish I could hug Stan, Olga, and Polly for helping us serve this customer with a wonderful automated import of ALL their Square transactions. I tested ALL the other apps that come up when searching for Square imports and none of them compare to this one! I wasn't thrilled with the recent price increase, but it's actually a small price to pay to be hands free when you have so many sales daily.

Stan with their support was quick and knowledgeable about the product. I appreciated his help. The program is easy to use BUT you need to make sure Stripe is setup properly. Synder can only work as good as the information you give it!
