Before downloading and installing Synder I called their support line, which is the only integration company that had a number they published. Anastasia answered all my questions and I decided to download and get started. It was a breeze and I called her back to get support on a couple of things. She answered my questions and I was off and running. They have great support and product. Never changing.

Had the pleasure of having Jessie patiently walk me through the set-up for the application. Extremely supportive and polite attitude, really felt at ease as they ensured that everything was in correct working order.

Synder has been great so far! Sasha was kind enough to help me find a solution to automating a quickbooks process. Very detailed support, and quick responses! Definitely recommend :)

Synder is a great app I started using to sync my PayPal transactions to Quickbooks. I used another simple app before for that purpose but after the last update it stopped working. Synder seems to be a solid piece of software - no glitches so far. It integrates with other payment solutions like Stripe. I would their pricing fits my needs - I don't do many transactions so pay-as-you-go is perfect for me. Their support is also spot on. Anna patiently walked me through throughout the set-up process - which made it a breeze!

This is a great app but I needed support to get it up and running. I would not have done it without Darya. She is by far the most patient person I have dealt with any her follow-through was excellent. She called me back over 5 times to make sure the app was working properly for me. I highly suggest not only this app but speaking with Darya to help make it an easy transition.
