A great experience Had a bit of a problem with the initial setup (due to inactivity). Jessie was amazing, fast service, knowledgeable and we resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Overall a great product so far.

I had some questions about my syncs from stipe to quickbooks and I had a very great service with Jessie, I highly recommend. He was helpful and patient

I had some confusion about functionality that Synder provided, and had a chat with Jessie. Jessie was very helpful, and while Synder did not yet provide the Paypal integration for Quickbooks Desktop that I needed, they offered a workaround alternative to get my business processes moving along until Synder did get the integration. They even took my email address to notify me when they had it ready. Even though I was disappointed by the company not meeting my needs, the company's representation went above and beyond to provide me with a temporary solution in the interim.

customer service is very responsive and helpful, I had Darya help me with an issue that was a bit complicated which was resolve in a week or so. while I was waiting she would update me every other day to insure that they're actively working on my case.
