I recommend the Synder App
I just recently signed up for Synder App for Quickbooks desktop. I have worked with Pauline one of their customer support members. She has been very helpful in guiding me through the setup and any troubleshooting. The Synder App is all that they say it would do, it has been successfully bringing the Stripe transactions. I would recommend you speak to Pauline if you are just getting started. Thank you again for everything Pauline

Lizzie was incredible in her assistance today. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer all of them. Extremely helpful, patient and kind! As a result I purchase the annual subscription to Synder!

Sync Warning Issue
I had a sync warning and Ted was able to provide the reason and advice on how to prevent this issue. Ted is polite, helpful & has good service

Synder has made non profit life much easier!
We've been using Synder for our non profit, and it was really streamlined the way we do our accounting. It's so important as a small non profit running on donations to get the accounting right. Synder does just that!

I will never use this app again
I will never use this app again. Deceived me by making a discount for the program and it was monthly only to find out they billed me $178 . They do not even refund your money. I canceled it after a week and they want to charge me for a full year. I can’t even get my money back and I’m a small business starting out. I let all my business friends know not to deal with them.

Synder indeed has monthly and yearly pricing, however the amount you are going to be charged depends on the plan you manually select on the billing page, on the yearly plans tab it indicates the exact amount you are going to be charged for before you complete the payment. Synder has an absolutely free trial with no credit card required, therefore our FAQ page and Terms and Conditions state that once you subscribe to a paid plan the charge is non-refundable. Being a solution with more than 1000 reviews across marketplaces, we pay a lot of attention to communication with our customers keeping it as transparent as possible. Our representative contacted you to find the best solution, so that you could continue using Synder without any negative experience on the background. So we are glad to see you back!

Poor customer service, don't give refunds.
Signed up and used it for less than 15 minutes. Emailed politely requesting a refund after our team decided not to use Quickbooks and they declined to give a refund. Most companies would honor a refund request that was sent within the same hour of signing up for something. I would not do business with them again or recommend them to any of my colleagues.

It also requires a two step payment process to make sure our users do not subscribe to any plan by accident. As a free trial period does not require any commitment or credit card information beforehand, we invite every user with any questions regarding the billing to contact our support team via chat, email or phone to ask about the suitable plan and to make sure there is no overpayment for the service before making any decision.
