Synder's service personnel is top notch. I just spent at least an hour debugging a complex mapping issue and the support representative, TED was extremely helpful. He did not give up and kept coming up with options and/or workarounds so I could implement a solution that works. He never gave up when most other support people I have worked with would have. Kudos to Ted and his training. Super knowledgeable and skilled in a wide range of integration functionality, well beyond what even what Synder does!

Good app. Poor admin. I signed a few years ago on their 500 syncs a month base package option. With the help of the chat function i tried to renew for a year with a special offer (back in october), without notification they downgraded my account to their new base package of 100 syncs a month and there was no way to get back. They had their excuses but i was miseld by the salesperson to buy the new package thinking i would keep my number of syncs. I also cant buy more syncs any more if i have a busy month, I have to upgrade my whole subscription. Now they are encouraging me with 100 syncs for this review as there is no other way to buy. I don't know if I'll get it based on a 2 star review (will update you) but we will see. In terms of the app, it does the job pretty well, however the app cant convert currencies. everything just gets transferred as one currency so you have to wade throiugh the transactions manually to correct which is a pain. I am trialling another app at the moment because i don't like the way this app is going.

Signed up. The price said $39.00. It did not say if it was monthly or yearly. I signed up. You HAVE to sign up to get the cost. It gave me a 2 week trial and after that it was going to be over $300/year. I cannot afford that. There's NO WAY TO DELETE THIS THING! I disconnected my connection with Quickbooks, but I cannot delete my account. Bait and switch, and stealing info. NO WAY TO DELETE!

I contacted Synder support via chat today for help with my syncing rules and Kiryl was really helpful and patient, just like everyone else I have chatted with there. He knew exactly what I needed to do and led me through the process. Great company!

Yar from Synder was extremely helpful with all my queries. I'm so happy that I found Synder to Sync my Shopify and Stripe. It just made my accounting so much easier. No regrets!
