They suck we make payments on our care credit for them to call us saying payment didn't process when in fact we call and our account says payment went through. They wait days to process payments which is not ok because they screw people financially and because of them got a $30 return fee with my bank after it showed payment was processed . We will be closing our card with them. You can't even get ahold of someone when you call.

The worst thing about any store card is when they use this bank. They have awful user experiences when it comes to managing your account. No automatic online account notifications when opening a new card. Non mobile friendly emails. No mention in statement email about auto-pay. Mobile app can't be used with any store account so it's useless. Website lacks important details.
