I ordered a decorative light/vent fan for our bathroom. I checked other sites and Sylvane had the exact color and style I wanted, at a lesser price! I was a quite nervous to order, as I needed the fan in three days so our contractor could finish up. Another site I use often had the same light, wrong color, at $30 more (but I knew I would get it). I had no idea if I could trust this new company to deliver at all, or when they said they would or if the product would be as described (we've all had bad experiences at one time or another.)
