I was looking for a specific dehumidifer and unfortunately wasn't paying as much attention to the seller as I should have been. This company is AWFUL. The dehumidifier pump did not work properly and it was under 30 days so should have been a straight up return and they could deal with manufacturer themselves. NO. So begins almost a solid month of emails that never resolve anything. They are supposedly communicating with manufacturer and trying to arrange a return pickup. They end up giving me a date with no time to prepare package and no return label. So when FedEx finally does arrive, they won't take it. Many emails and finally (again to late to prepare package) they give me a return label. Well don't you know it, FedEx took package, scanned the original delivery label and are now delivering it back to me!! Been messaging since yesterday and no one has responded (typical). I tried calling - also no humans and no ability to direct call to proper department. They want you to email so they never have to be held accountable. I put in a request with credit card company as I am tired of this fight

Air conditioner arrived damaged. Customer service hasn’t been helpful. Don’t buy from them

Terrible customer service. I cancelled an order because of a delay in shipping. 2 days after cancelling they shipped them anyway, now I have to pay to return them. Worst part, they have been completely unhelpful in the return process and I still have the units 2 weeks later. Order your stuff directly from Senville
