I'm A disabled Veteran. Anything I'm doing takes me longer to Complete. When I found Sylvane I knew I was in the right place. Real easy to find what I needed/ I was able to compare air condensers and delivery was fast! Handling/shipping definitely needs improvement!

I am disappointed that I had to replace this very expensive Santa Fe Compact dehumidifier after just a few years. I am even more disappointed that I was not provided warranty coverage for service, only for parts; no local air-conditioning companies are interested in repairing freestanding units. Though I was given a discount toward purchase of the new unit, by the time I paid for necessary help getting the heavy unit into the house and down into the basement and hauling the old unit back upstairs to get rid of it and purchasing a tag from the City to arrange the pickup I had basically paid nearly full price. The representatives were responsive by email and phone, so that was a plus— perhaps the only one.

Site was easy to navigate and order from, the shipping was fast and arrived in great condition.

The technician was so helpful. He knew everything about the product. He stayed on the phone with me until the problem was resolved. He was polite and made recommendations to purchase a new product when mine was unfixabke. Thank you

Nothing but fraud! The unit I purchased does not exist according to Hessaire the manufacturer. I asked twice for a supervisor to contact me and explain why the Sylvane web site claims the unit has an “aircraft aluminum” fan, yet Hessaire says none of their products do. The unit I received did not match the specifications. I made two requests to speak with a manager once by email and once by phone. Your company is garbage to the core.

Well I was looking for an American air conditioner and did not get my wish. The conditioner is still in the box so I can not give an honest review. I do like that it is not made in China. I bought it for my grandson but he came home. I DO LIKE IT IS MADE BY AN AMERICAN COMPANY FRIGIDAIRE EVEN THOUGH ITS MADE IN THAILAND.
