It wasn't all perfect but it made me a loyal customer
It wasn't all perfect, but the customer service made up for the delay at customs. I ordered a pair of glasses, progressives because I'm old. And the order was going great up to customs in LA. Not sure why there was such a long hold up but three weeks in one spot, doesn't make sense. Syght's customer service was on it. They treated the problem like it was their own family member having trouble. And when I finally received my glasses, omg! The pictures didn't do the frame justice. They are far better in person. They're high quality stylish frames which have become my favorite frame. Syght Glasses will be one of my go to's moving forward.

I received my glasses this afternoon…
I received my glasses this afternoon and they are perfect!!
They fit perfectly; the script is perfect and the colour is just as I'd expected.
The style is just right and I really like the way the glasses were packaged, along with the extras.
The cords are just right too.
The price I paid you for everything was very good and I am really satisfied.
I must add your customer service was excellent too!

Three weeks for receiving the wrong pair of glasses that i paid 80 euros ; they do not filter anything, the lenses should have been blue and they are light grey. They do not know what they do.

As per your order, transition blue blocker glasses with blue tint were correctly manufactured and delivered. These lenses typically remain clear or slightly grey indoors, and the tint activates and becomes darker depending on the intensity of sunlight outdoors. This is a standard feature of transition lenses and was also explained via email to ensure clarity. Since you mentioned that the lenses were not appearing blue, we requested photos so the glasses could be properly inspected; however, we did not receive a response. If you are still experiencing any concerns, you are welcome to share the photos even now, and we will be happy to assist further.
We would also like to mention that despite the use of inappropriate language during our communication, we continued to assist you professionally and made every effort to support you and address your concerns.

Wonderful customer service and…
Wonderful customer service and products. I was pleasantly surprised that my first two pairs of glasses had decent weight to them and didn't feel cheap, and I ended up buying two more. I asked to swap one frame style in a pending order out for another one, and Noah from the customer service team did it without issue and was a delight to deal with.
