Syght GlassReviews of syghtglass.com

Syght Glass-I must say I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service from this Company. Firstly, the quality of the glasses is excellent. I've noticed a significant reduction in eye strain since I started wearing them, especially during long hours in front of screens. Moreover, I cannot praise their customer service enough. They were responsive, helpful, and truly committed to meeting my needs.

Syght's eyeglasses boast exceptional quality and a distinct, unique design. Impeccable craftsmanship meets standout style for a truly remarkable product. Highly recommended for those seeking both quality and individuality.

Great experience and so understanding

I was promised a buy 1 get 1 free deal + max 1 week delivery time. Ended up with 1 pair of bad quality glasses and a delivery time of more than a month.

I recently made an order to get new glasses for gaming and unfortunately the frames i picked were out of stock but the team was so quick to reach out and email me to make the necessary adjustments to still get the glasses sent to me within a reasonable time so i look forward to receiving them soon the set the frames to get shipped right away to make up for the delay. Awesome team!

Support is NON EXISTENT. On their website it says that non prescription glasses should take 1-3 days to be shipped and I should receive a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks. No tracking number, the order number doesn’t do anything, I sent an email they haven’t responded, I went to their website and found a 24/7 live chat. DOESNT EVEN WORK. I wish I read the reviews before buying. I’m in exam season and genuinely thought I would have received them in time. I’m frustrated, upset, and disappointed. I don’t have the money to buy another pair from a different site…..

***SCAM*** I wish I read the reviews before I ever made a purchase, very happy I did not spend too much money on this sight but easily could by the fake niceness on the website. No item in 2 weeks, not confirmation on why my order is ‘delayed’ have now missed an exam I wanted the glasses for so requested refund to be told it has to be store credit yet it says 30 days easy return as if you can get your money back, absolute SCAM, do not shop here, I’m surprised this shop is even allowed to be up and running. Store credit to not receive the item, no glasses no money. What a joke, I never leave reviews but I am so disappointed and feel so stupid trusting there’s decent human beings that wouldn’t scam people especially in such an economy we are in today.

Customer service was great. They understood my issue instantly. They are easy to contact and respond quickly.
