The worst experience. These people lie to you to get in a contract & screw you over. Then start robbing your bank account. There is no real boss over there. No one can help you. These people are complete scammers!!!!!!!!! 😡

Hello everyone. Please read this review carefully. We used to have a store and unfortunately we tried dealing with SWYFTPOS. Those people are scammers. They lied and stole our money. They also mislead us to sign a 5 year contract we can not cancel. We escalated to FISERV and CLOVER and after month of legal fights we were able to terminate all contracts . Those people operate out of the united states. They are located in Karachi Pakistan not Texas ! It didn't stop at this after we left some bad reviews and escalating the incident. They are using our personal information trying to harass us in every certain way, they even sent life threating emails to us directly. It have been over more than a year and they are always trying to contact us and pressure us to get back from our escalations and remove the reviews. They even tried to hack our phones and social media accounts. Luckily they are amateurs and not the smartest so they weren't able to do anything. Business men and women avoid those scammers for your safety and your family's safety as well , and another advice you don't need those people, just contact FISERV OR CLOVER and you will take same exact rates ! Horrible people. This company calls me at my business at least 3 times a week and have been doing this for months. I keep telling them over and over and over that I'm not interested and to stop calling and emailing me but they keep persisting. Once when I told the guy I was talking to that I wasn't interested he literally started yelling at me and telling me I was stupid because I wasn't interested in possibly saving $60 a month... I've never encountered such an aggressive POS company and I get POS sales calls almost every day.

This company is very dishonest they told me the system was no contract. I signed through docusign to receive the equipment that was suppose to be free . Original paperwork said 0 monthly payments but they said they were running a promotion for a second free system as backup but that's when they pulled a fast one and put me on a contract for $100/mo 48mo lease when they added the so called free system. Don't trust these guys they are crooks.

Signed up with this company with promises of lower rates. I had a POS and a had over 1 year left on the lease. They promised to cancel the old lease and everything would be taken care of. It has now been 6 weeks and I am paying for both my old company and Swyft. They promised lower rates but I am paying more than with the old company. In addition to the old lease I had. They are dishonest and will not call me back concerning this. Stay far away from this company. Very dis-honest!

They are total scam artists…. I started the process with them, when I started asking questions they were dodgy. I did not sign the contract yet still I get notifications of a new system on the way… this company is crooked..

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the situation. From the beginning, it was clear that you were comparing our offer with your previous provider, as you repeatedly requested details about our rates and services while also sharing your existing provider’s information with us. We were transparent throughout the process and provided all necessary details to help you make an informed decision. As per your authorization, we proceeded with providing you the equipment. However, after sharing our quotation with your old processor, they matched our offer and additionally offered you a $600 rebate to retain you as their customer. You informed us about this rebate only when your equipment was already on its way, at which point we had already processed everything on our end. We clearly explained that our services and those of your previous provider are different. However, instead of considering our explanation, you chose not to proceed simply because you were getting the same rates along with a rebate from your old provider. We also informed you that we would assess your rebate request if you actually started using our services. Since switching processors involves costs, we even agreed to assist with your previous provider’s cancellation and bear the termination fees on your behalf. Despite all this, once you received the improved offer from your previous provider, you blocked our sales representative and refused to accept the package when it arrived. This shows that from the beginning, your primary intention may have been to use our offer as leverage to negotiate a better deal with your old provider rather than genuinely considering our services. We always prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction, but we also expect fair communication. If you had any concerns or wanted to discuss further, we would have been happy to assist. Avoid SwyftPOS! Despite claiming to be in Houston, Texas, they are actually offshore, likely based in India or Pakistan. When I questioned their location, they dodged with false assurances and abruptly ended the call when pressed for proof. They exploit the so-called “secured link” to deceive users into sharing sensitive information. Additionally, their use of WhatsApp for communication raises red flags. Protect your data and peace of mind by opting for a secure payment processor instead.
