Very Smooth Transaction
Just sold my Rolex and I got a great offer and transaction was quick and smooth. Will definitely continue to work with Swiss Watch Expo

Hi Pedro! Thank you for choosing SwissWatchExpo, and for your 5-star review! We are happy to hear that you had a great experience selling your Rolex to us. Our Sell-Trade process is different from other folks in that it is specifically designed to be fully transparent and fast - once a Seller submits details to us (including pictures of their watch), they will receive a rapid response with a quoted range; we then can quickly inspect the watch upon receipt (we have an in-house team of Watchmakers!) and provide a final offer that stays inside the original range -- unless the watch differs materially from how it was described. No "bait and switch" like what we read about with some of our competitors. We are grateful for your trust, and look forward to working with you again. - Your Friends at SwissWatchExpo

Reviewed company's background and found them to be a credible online reseller of Rolex watches. Purchased a watch that was too small for my wrist. Contacted Joshua and he arranged for me to return watch. No pressure on providing a full refund minus $50 for shipping. I then found the watch that Joshua had recommended. New watch (Rolex 126610) arrived and was perfect. Josh followed up with a call to check on status of transaction. Josh was fantastic and I would make a purchase again form SwissWatchExpo without a moments hesitation.

Another Perfect Purchasing Experience!
Last week, I received one of my grail watches from SwissWatchExpo - a Rolex Pepsi on a jubilee bracelet. Back in December 2024, I bought my first Rolex, a Hulk, from Ro at this store. Since I had a flawless experience with him, I asked for his help again. Just like before, Ro called me to FaceTime and show me the watch and answer questions. In particular I wanted a Mark III bezel and wanted to know about the fit for the bracelet. I told him my wrist measurement and he said this watch at 7.5” would be perfect . Indeed it was. I cannot compliment Ro, SwissWatchExpo or all the people I’ve dealt with there enough. They are passionate about timepieces, answer all questions and have a brilliant selection. Both watches were delivered promptly and safely packaged. Buying from SWE was a pleasure and I look forward to years of business with this company.

Excellent Condition means Exceptional
After searching for a specific brand and like, I was disappointed that what I was looking for was discontinued by Omega. The previously owned time piece that was being sold by Swiss Watch Expo was what I was looking for and when they state that a previously owned time piece is in excellent condition, it may as well be considered brand new. After my initial contact and inquiry, they were fast to reply and provide the information I was requesting. It was an easy choice to purchase once likable information was obtained. T. Fullford

SWE Is ultimately in business to do business! I had a very favorable experience getting a very scarce and collectible watch only available in Japan. Their team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with at the end of the day. I cannot thank them enough for ultimately they truly care about the customer experience!
