Purchasing an expensive watch on line raising numerous concerns. When the watch is $16,000 below retail, one is extremely skeptical. Furthermore, the customer does not know the business nor the owner. The relationship develops trust through phone and email interaction. Over several weeks I spoke with Darryl about a Cartier watch. With a leap of faith I ordered the watch. It arrived FEDEX insured shortly there after. The piece is beautiful and absolutely authentic. Initially I had hesitated to wire the money, as that felt way too risky. Hence I paid by AMEX. Swiss Luxury earned my confidence. Next time I will take the additional savings by bank wire wire. I will not hesitate to refer customers.
