The experience with Swiss Luxury was very good. The only complaint was, there was little feedback once the order was placed. I submitted a request in regards to the order status and received an e-mail very quickly that informed me that my order would be delivered the next day. But overall the experience was very good.

I ordered a new Cartier watch from SwissLuxury.com. After waiting for a few weeks, I got a little worried about it actually getting here. I contacted SwissLuxury and was informed that it took a while longer, because the watch is in the new collection. Once the watch arrived I was very pleased with it, and with the price I paid. The watch came with a beautiful box, and with all the correct paperwork. I would have given 5-stars if someone would have taken the initiative to let me know I needed to wait on the watch - it would have saved me a few gray hairs ;-)
