The experience I had with Swiss Luxury couldn't have been any better. They stayed in contact with me during the process since my watch had to be ordered and I received exactly what I wanted.

The Rolex I purchased was exactly what we were looking for at about a thousand less than our local dealer. I did order the wrong size and swapping it out for the right one was made extremely easy and was a very quick turn-around. Highly recommend the company and will be a repeat costumer.

To any prospective watch purchaser considering buying from SwissLuxury: I picked out the Rolex model I wanted and called the 800 number to arrange payment. When no one answered except a machine I became a little leery, but within a very short time I got not one but two call-backs from a salesperson and the owner of the company! All questions about payment were answered, the watch was ordered on a Thursday and I was told to expect the watch by Saturday. I even got a second call from the owner (who was on a plane to Asia at the time) to verify that the the order had been filled. Well, that didn't happen, I got the watch the very next day!!! The packaging was more than adequate and the watch was sent covered in a protective plastic covering to keep it in mint condition until I present it to my son. I checked every single facet of it and the box and paperwork for authenticity under a 90 power inspection scope and it passed every test with flying colors. All things taken into account, including the fact that the price I was charged was slightly less than comparable *pre-owned* watches on eBay, I have no trouble giving this company the highest favorable rating possible.
